Appointments and Payment
At the time of making an appointment by contacting our secretary or practice manager, patients are required to make payment in full (BACS payment preferable, other payment options may be available and can be discussed at the time of booking), to secure appointment, or prior to having a procedure.
Patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All new patients require an initial consultation and assessment by Mr Mota or Miss Chowdhury and we do not offer treatment on the first visit unless it is an emergency or with prior arrangement/discussion.
Please do not attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell or are undergoing acute dental treatment. If you are unsure, please call and discuss with our team.
If there are changes to your medical conditions or allergy status, it is the responsibility of the patient to inform Mr Mota or Miss Chowdhury.
Cancellation
Please try to provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary (you will not be charged for this).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment at short notice, and we will aim to reschedule as soon as possible at a convenient time for you, if this is not possible, we will refund you in full, except if treatment has already commenced as part of a package (only part will be refunded as a percentage of treatment undertaken).
Refunds
Whilst we undertake to provide excellent care with accurate, ethical and honest advice, and safe, expert treatment in experienced hands, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations, or you change your mind after commencing treatments of a “package price” treatment. All procedures carry risks and these will be explained to you as part of the consent process beforehand.
If you have made a payment in advance and cancel your appointment/procedure with at least 24 hours notice, we will refund the total amount you have paid (does not include package price if treatment already commenced).
If less than 24 hours notice has been given, 50% fee will be taken and the remaining 50% refunded, but exceptions can be made on appeal, based on individual circumstances/emergencies, and the final decision will be made at the discretion of the Practice Manager and Mr Mota or Miss Chowdhury.
